Drivers will make every effort to arrive on time and assure you reach the appointment on time. Expect a confirmation call and a text from the driver so you know when to expect them.

Take a moment to look around you. The driver may be just across the road. If you need to confirm your pickup, feel free to give the driver a call. Check the ride, every time

For your safety and peace of mind:

  • Look for the Malibu Car Service sign in the vehicle’s windows.
  • Ensure the Driver’s TLC ID is visible inside the vehicle.
  • Use the trip details text and tracking link to confirm the vehicle’s identity.
  • Check that the vehicle’s license plate starts with “T” (only applicable in NY City).
