Drivers will make every effort to arrive on time and assure you reach the appointment on time. Expect a confirmation call and a text from the driver so you know when to expect them.

Check the ride, every time

For your safety and peace of mind:

Look for the Malibu Car Service sign in the vehicle’s windows.
Ensure the Driver’s TLC ID is visible inside the vehicle.
Use the trip details text and tracking link to confirm the vehicle’s identity.
Check that the vehicle’s license plate starts with “T” (only applicable in NY City).
